After our builder tried to “fix” the skylight three times he told us he had replaced it. It leaked again and we finally called Cottonwood Construction to come out and look at it. Will showed us that the skylight could not have been replaced (the builder lied to us, again) and did not need to be replaced. Will completely disassembled the skylight, resealed it, and assembled it correctly. NO MORE LEAKS! An honest contractor who knows what they are doing… priceless.
